After vacationing in Myrtle Beach for many years my family moved to South Carolina, eleven months later we purchased our own home right here in Myrtle Beach. 

My knowledge along with my own recent life experience of moving from out of state and purchasing a home, has provided me with the valuable skills that is used daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings.

I am fluent in both the English and Portuguese language and am often described as detail oriented, proactive, outgoing and friendly.
